Liza has dedicated her career over more than two decades to redesigning care delivery and elevating patient, family, clinician, and staff experiences with care and caring. She has collaborated with individuals and teams across disciplines and roles to transform practices and achieve mission-aligned outcomes. With expertise in coaching, improvement, and change management, she is committed to fostering individual and organizational capacity and wellbeing.  

 

Liza has served as a coach, consultant, facilitator, faculty member, and administrative leader. Her experience spans strategy creation, goal-setting, action planning, testing and implementing change, measuring progress, and driving continuous improvement. She also has shaped and led advisory councils, engagement initiatives, and learning experiences - prioritizing voice, connection, shared purpose, and meaningful impact.
